Christopher Orr

Christopher Orr's small, tightly painted canvasses create imaginary worlds where the outmoded convene. Often depicting Romantic landscapes reminiscent of those by Caspar David Friedrich and JMW Turner, Orr's paintings are peopled by a strange assortment of figures that have been recycled from other sources.
